Fredrik has spent nearly two decades in the trenches, founding companies, raising millions, hiring globally, opening offices across six countries, and leading a SaaS business from early growth to acquisition by PSG Equity in 2021. From the start, he focused on international expansion—growing the US into the company’s #1 market well before exit. He has built teams that deliver at speed and secured venture capital in tough markets. Somewhere in there, he picked up an Academy Award for innovation (yes, the real kind from the Oscars).
Today, he works with founders, CEOs, and boards to do the same, only faster—as board chair, advisor, or interim exec—helping them scale without losing their soul, raise the right capital, and make the big decisions with confidence.
Linda leads Fredlim Capital’s work in new areas — scouting sectors beyond SaaS where we see room to invest, and building the relationships that come with them. Her focus is on consumer and lifestyle markets, including premium products for the equestrian world.
She also runs the operational side of the firm: administration, reporting and the follow-up that keeps investments and partnerships on track — so founders and partners always have a clear point of contact.
